14-Day Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and product integrity, opened or used cleaning concentrates, linen and room sprays, and stain remover products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll work with you to make it right.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
